Contractual Terms & BOQ Rate Validity
All contracting engagements executed by CCEPL are governed by signed contract agreements, approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and statutory safety regulations under Indian commercial law.

CLAUSE 01
Scope of Commercial Proposals
All tender submissions, estimates, and BOQ rate quotations issued by CCEPL are subject to formal contract execution and written milestone approval.
CLAUSE 02
Pricing & Tax Compliance
Commercial rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST (07AADCC3544B1ZV) and statutory government levies as per prevailing tax regulations.
CLAUSE 03
Execution Timeline & Milestones
Project timelines commence from the date of site handover and receipt of initial mobilization advance as detailed in the signed contract agreement.
CLAUSE 04
Workmanship & OEM Warranties
Turnkey civil works carry contractual defect-liability terms; integrated technology hardware and MEP equipment carry respective OEM manufacturer warranties.
CLAUSE 05
Site Safety & Labour Compliance
CCEPL complies strictly with Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) safety regulations, EPFO, and ESIC statutory labour compliances.
CLAUSE 06
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
All commercial contracting agreements and legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
